Precision Components for Optical Systems
CI Labs develops precision optomechanical hardware that forms the foundation of stable, accurate, and reliable optical systems.
Every optical system depends on mechanical stability, precise alignment, and modular integration. CI Labs hardware is designed from real system-building experience — ensuring that components perform reliably in laboratory, research, and industrial environments.
Our components allow users to build, align, and expand optical systems efficiently, from simple experiments to complex multi-axis setups.

Modular Optical Hardware Systems
A complete ecosystem of optomechanical components for building optical systems — from structural frameworks to precision optical mounts.

Post-Based Systems
The foundation of optical setups, providing vertical support and flexible positioning. Standard systems: 12.7 mm (½"), 25.4 mm (1"), and 38.1 mm (1.5"). Includes posts, post holders, base clamps, and connectors.

Cage-Based Systems
Rigid multi-axis structures for precise alignment along an optical axis. Ideal for lens systems, beam shaping, and fixed optical assemblies. Includes cage rods, cage plates, cube connectors, and optical holders.

Optical Mounts & Bases
Precision holders for optical elements. Circular optics in ½", 1", and 2" for lenses, mirrors, and filters. Square optics and prism mounts for flat filters, cubes, and prisms.
